Bought several sets for Christmas
Bought several sets for Christmas. One set had the stickers missing, contacted Playmobil via email and the stickers have been sent out. Items are good quality and packed well for delivery.

Based on the reviews here on trust Pilot I was very skeptical to purchase on here on the 28th of November I decided to trust my gut, AND SO GLAD I DID. Everything came within 2 weeks dispite the website stipulating it could take up to 8 weeks due to postal strikes and Christmas but they came in time and boxed and everything was fine. I'm very thankful ? thanks again playmobil on my first successful order ?. If your looking to place an order now, it may be unrealistic to recieve in time but birthdays etc perfect just leave a bit of time to be delivered xx

Fantastic, friendly service from Angela in customer services. I contacted CS directly as site was sketchy for ordering parts. Lost (by my kids or hoover) Ghostbusters replacement parts ordered and posted out immediately. Best customer service from any company in years ??

Useless web page
I have tried for five days to place an order for over £50. I have attempted every way possible to get my address and post code accepted and it has been rejected time after time. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe my experience. I've had this address and post code for 38 years

Great customer service
Great customer service! My daughter received a Playmobil set for her birthday and unfortunately there was a part missing. I contacted Customer Services and they responded promptly and politely. They ordered the missing part for me and kept me up to date with progress. Missing part now received, and earlier than anticipated. Thank you!
Customer service and Product quality
We purchased this product for our grandsons birthday.
on assembling the product it was found to be excellent, obviously the mould tools are top quality. unfortunately one of the wheel hubs was missing. contacted customer services, in less than 24hrs contacted us to say a replacement part would be sent. we will be buying their items again, well worth the cost. our Grandson has hours of enjoyment. Thank you for a quality Product.

I placed an order in November but I never received my order which was worth £46. Ups has no contact details to try and track it as it comes up with no information available. I tried emailing playmobile direct but all I get is rude customer service. Ita been nearly 2 months and no refund

terrible customer service
I placed an order on 27th Nov for 97.89 pounds and it still has not arrived I received an email from the UPS and you can not use the link to track ? said it would be delivered by the 3rd Dec never arrived and still hasn't - I have sent the customer service department 4 emails no reply. I am 13 days down - no order, no response and no refund very unhappy do not use as they do not response to issues and complaints. disgusting
Terrible customer service
I contacted customer service about a broken part on the fort my grandson had received and was promised an answer when COVID had allowed staff to return to the office, after about four months I again messaged and was promised an answer soon. I am still waiting for any kind of correspondence from them. I expected a much better customer relations from such a big well established company, very disappointed with them.

Missing parts replaced straight away
My pirate mad son received lots of different Pirate Playmobil kits for Christmas and his Birthday in January. One of the kits made a pirate hideaway cave which came in two parts. When we opened the box we had two backs parts to the cave, but no front. I emailed Playmobil and explained this to them, they immediately sent the correct part in the post and apologised. Happy days and a happy little pirate.

Great toys
Great toys. Delivery service efficient. Just disappointing that not all items come boxed, just in bags. This is stated when you order that this may happen. It's Just not great if you want the item's as gift's. My children looked at my blankly when opening there presents to find a bag of Playmobil pieces. If they were in boxes the child can at least see what is inside.

Very well made and top customer service
Toys are very well made and my son loves them (Scooby Doo and Ghostbusters sets)
Also found customer services extremely prompt and helpful when there was an issue which was due to no fault of their own anyways.

Very poor quality
Bought two items, 4023 and 70464 on the advice of our daughter for our grandkids, boys,aged 2&5. Having assembled the two toys I just can't believe what poor quality they are. If the toys make it to boxing day I will be amazed. I know money is tight but if you can afford more then there has to be better on the market

Can’t fault customer services, such lovely and really helpful ladies (Jo and Michelle). A missing part and some spares needed and they were sent out no trouble. I have one very happy little 4 year old!

Received my play mobil this morning one box inside damaged I contacted customer service and I spoke to a lady called Joanne she was lovely and very helpful and dealt with everything immediately. Brilliant service would recommend highly
